Tier 2 : Image Library Optimization | $1,500

A series of three collaborative sessions will clarify image organization strategies your team can implement independently.

Session 1 : Discovery and Planning
We build on the Image Library Health Check and create an Image Library Organization Map for a select group of files.

Session 2 : Implementation
We finalize the Image Library Organization Guidelines and prepare your team to implement the recommendations independently.

Session 3 : Refinement and Governance
We review your implementation experience and refine the recommendations to create an Image Library Governance Document for future use.

Tier 3 : Image Library Maintenance | as noted

Choose from a variety of options for ongoing support as you implement your Image Library Governance Document.

Option 1 : Image Library Office Hours
$450 per session or $2,550 for six-session package
We’ll answer new questions and provide real-time guidance during 60‑minute virtual sessions.

Option 2 : Image Library Maintenance Retainer
$500 per month (three month minimum) or $2,850 for six-month commitment
We’ll meet monthly for a 60-minute virtual session to review new organizing challenges you can submit in advance and provide you with a written follow up after each session.

Option 3: Quarterly Image Library Check‑In
$650 per quarter or $2,500 for an annual plan
We’ll meet each quarter for a 90-minute virtual session to revisit the Image Library Health Check and follow up with a short written Quarterly Snapshot.
